	George Blacker must have been having financial problems in 1622 because in that year, on Sept. 27th he arranged a mortgage on the farm.			Elizabeth (2617)
	Then between 1625 and 1626 he was arranging to sell the field called Dawroid to Thomas Rhodes of Flockton and the indenture and bargain of the sale was dated March 17th 1626.			George (5234)
	On August 13th 1627 the whole property of the capital messuage called Blacker Hall situated in Crigglestone with lands belnging thereto was sold to Thomas Rhodes "with a fine of the said premises" for £900.			Ann (5235)
	The sale procedure was long drawn out and the final settlement of £900 was made on Feb. 2nd 1630.
	Another note says that the Blackers finally left Blacker Hall to go and live at Dirtcar in 1629 and that Thomas Rhodes of Flockton was now in full and peaceful possession of Blacker Hall with its gardens, orchards and closes.
	The Blacker family had not actually finished with the farm then though because as soon as Thomas Rhodes obtained the property he leased it to Henry Reyner for sixteen years at £50 a year.
	Now Henry Reyner had married Elizabeth Blacker, the elder daughter of George Blacker.
	She had also inherited Boyne Hill through her mother Ann Boyne.
