| In 1991, looking for locations of Pell families in Norfolk, I noticed the will of Thomas Pell in Costessey in 1769. Consulting the Costessey parish register, there is the baptism of Charlotte Pell on the 11th of August 1771, daughter of Thomas Pell and Mary. Other children of Thomas and Mary in the Costessey register are Sophia in 1772, William in 1774, James and Robert in 1777. | B_1771 | ||||
